Location: Arizona (AZ) Onsite
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $45 $51/hr W2
Job Description:
Seeking a hands-on Sr Automation Engineer to support a highly automated manufacturing environment. This role will focus on controls, robotics, PLC troubleshooting, equipment recovery, and maintaining reliable production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot automation, controls, and production equipment issues.
- Support programming, recovery, and troubleshooting of 6-axis and industrial robots.
- Troubleshoot and modify Allen-Bradley PLCs and Ladder Logic.
- Diagnose robotic equipment failures and support equipment recovery.
- Support machine vision and camera-integrated automation systems.
- Assist with robot programming modifications and system improvements.
- Support equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on controls/automation engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Strong experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and Ladder Logic.
- Hands-on industrial robotics/6-axis robot programming, recovery, and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Machine vision and camera integration experience.
- Robotic component repair and replacement experience.
- Automation/system optimization experience.
