Learn and uncover customers' needs by building connections and asking the right questions. Present product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution. Close sales by using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services. Engage with the community outside of the store at off‑site Verizon sponsored events to expand your loyal customer base. You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 per year in individual‑based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Top performers can earn additional commissions, with potential earnings of $65,000‑$75,500+ annually, depending on geography, hours worked, and performance. Benefits and Compensation Bilingual speakers in eligible locations may receive an extra $3,000 annually on top of their base pay and commission after passing a language assessment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a commission‑based environment. Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Customer service experience.
