Infusion Nurse (Full‑Time) – Littleton, CO / Denver Metro Area Soleo Health is seeking an experienced, dedicated Infusion Nurse to support our patients in home and alternate care settings. Evaluate and educate patients/care partners to safely administer home infusion therapy and provide additional instruction as needed. Assess the home environment and identify interventions required to ensure safety and appropriateness of care. Develop care plans in conjunction with team members and evaluate response to therapy at each encounter. Manage schedule via company‑approved platform per policy; communicate any scheduling changes promptly. Coordinate patient care via approved company platform. Participate in nurse on‑call rotation to provide continuous support. Document all patient encounters, communications, and care activities at time of service in accordance with Soleo policy and regulatory requirements. Maintain strong knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards. Ensure timely submission of plans of treatment (POT) and required clinical documents per policy and state guidelines. Work with appropriate departments to ensure all required patient documents (consents, POTs) are completed and returned to the branch office within an acceptable timeframe. Perform other duties as assigned. Schedule & Contact Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; flexibility required. Participation in an on‑call rotation. Proficiency with IV access devices (IV lines, ports, and infusion medication administration). Must be able to drive up to 1 hour to see patients; flexibility to cover distances up to 2 hours as needed. Licensed as an RN in the state of Colorado. Requirements Current RN license by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing, in good standing. RN degree, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred. Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required. Participation in an on‑call rotation (nights, weekends, and holidays) providing as‑needed support. Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred. Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy preferred. Valid state issued driver’s license with no significant restrictions. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite. Salary $42.00–$52.00 per hour.
