This role oversees lease administration, workplace operations, vendor performance, and capital planning while ensuring safe, secure, and high-performing work environments across all sites. The role includes direct line management of Facilities and Office Management staff across the region and close partnership with the IPH Risk team to enhance physical security protocols and reduce enterprise risk exposure.**Job Location:** Chicago, IL – US, Onsite **Main Responsibilities:** Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. **Basic Qualifications:** Extensive experience in corporate facilities management, real estate, or workplace operations with multi-site responsibility. Proven experience leading and managing facilities and office management teams.
