Key Responsibilities:

As an Activity Assistant , you will have the rewarding opportunity to create an engaging and fun environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Event Planning & Facilitation: Work closely with the Activity Director to plan, organize, and lead daily events that promote physical, cognitive, and social engagement.
• Resident Enrichment: Design and implement activities that enhance residents' quality of life and encourage physical, mental, and social interaction.
• Safety & Fun: Ensure that participants are safe, engaged, and having a great time during activities.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the rest of the staff to create a positive and stimulating environment for residents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a plus!
• Passion for People: A genuine love for working with seniors and creating engaging, fun experiences.
