Tooling Technician — Job Summary Schedule: Monday–Friday Pay: $30.85–$33.91 per hour Pay Type: Weekly We’re looking for a skilled Tooling Technician to support mold changes, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance in our injection and compression molding operations. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to keeping production running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Pull, set, align, and connect molds (water, hydraulic, electrical, hot runner systems) Troubleshoot mold and tooling issues with maintenance and engineering Perform cavity changes, tooling changeovers, and adjustments Complete preventative maintenance, including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and repair Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools Operate cranes, forklifts, and machine control screens Maintain quality, safety, GMP, and housekeeping standards Requirements: High school diploma or GED 3+ years industrial maintenance or tooling experience Ability to lift up to 90 lbs Experience operating cranes and forklifts Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, precision work, and being a key part of a high‑performing production team.
