Associate, QC Microbiology, B1 shift, Cell Therapy

Position Summary Responsible for supporting QC testing for in–process, final product, and stability samples and for supporting environmental and facility monitoring. May assist with documentation, deviations, investigations, and continuous improvement efforts. This position works the following shift schedule: Wednesday to Saturday 6 AM – 4 PM. Key Responsibilities Perform routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples. Perform environmental/facilities monitoring and microbiological testing. May review GMP documentation and perform data verification. Support document revision, project, CAPA and deviation/investigation related tasks and/or continuous improvement efforts. May train analysts on general job duties. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred in science. Associate degree with an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. Netherlands: MLO level 4 or higher preferred, equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. Ability to accurately and completely understand and follow procedures. Apply scientific principles to QC testing and the proper use of laboratory equipment. Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management regarding task completion, roadblocks, and needs. Attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work. Compensation Overview Devens – MA – US: $35.82 – $43.41 per hour. The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full‑time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
