Norton Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Schedules patients for outpatient diagnostic testing and/or surgical procedures for Norton Medical Group patients.; Instructs doctors office and/or patients regarding pre-procedure clinical preparations.; Obtains basic demographic and insurance coverage information.; Obtains and processes orders through the EPIC electronic health record or other methods as necessary.; Reviews orders to ensure all information is complete and meets the criteria.
