What Makes This Role Different Sustainable Caseload (Designed to Prevent Burnout) Full-time: ~30-40 hours/week Includes both client sessions and admin time (built into your schedule) No 'extra hours' for documentation - it's part of the workday Real Benefits That Support You Full-Time Benefits 2 weeks PTO (based on your typical schedule) Health insurance (excellent benefits) Dental & vision insurance Simple IRA with 3% company match Employer‑paid life insurance Employer‑paid short‑term & long‑term disability Compensation $50/hour for client sessions $20/hour for administrative time Typical full‑time earnings: $70,000 - $95,000 annually Built‑In Caseload Support Consistent, high‑quality referrals Dedicated marketing team Insurance credentialing handled Strong billing and administrative infrastructure Supportive, Collaborative Culture Easy access to case consultation Monthly group consultation meetings Responsive, compassionate admin support A culture that values connection - not competition Thoughtfully Designed Workspaces Fully furnished, calming offices Welcoming shared spaces Flexible scheduling and workspace use Trauma‑Informed & Inclusive Environment Safety Collaboration Autonomy Respect What You’ll Do Provide individual, family, children, and/or couples therapy Develop and implement treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate documentation Collaborate with clinicians and participate in consultation Support ethical, client‑centered care What We’re Looking For Active Wisconsin license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) Comfortable with a range of populations (or open to expanding) Willingness to work at least one evening per week Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Alignment with trauma‑informed, collaborative care Preferred (not required) Credentialed with insurance panels, Medicaid, or Medicare Schedule & Flexibility Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM You’ll have autonomy to build a schedule that works for you and your clients.
