Health, dental, vision, and life insurance (health insurance options available for a variety of personal situations and budgets; free health care option) 401(K) retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Supervision toward independent licensure Continuing education to maintain licensure Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT or similar Desire to work a team approach with at-risk youth and families and value diversity and inclusion Ability to learn and use computer software applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Essential Responsibilities: Provide mental health services to at-risk children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses Develop client-focused treatment plans Complete daily progress notes and other Medicaid documentation within proper timeframes Triage and coordinate the mental health needs of clients and schools Provide individual and small group support for identified students. Support and coordination with families/guardians.
