Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland
• Experience with OASIS and home therapy assessments, visits, and treatments

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No holidays, weekends, or on-call required

Location Highlights

Hagerstown offers access to outdoor recreation and regional travel options in western Maryland. Hagerstown City Park includes the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts and is about 6 miles from the Hagerstown Premium Outlets.
