As a Senior Client Executive, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, helping them reduce costs, streamline operations, and grow their businesses through industry-leading payment processing and POS solutions. This is a highly visible, field-based sales role designed for driven professionals who excel at prospecting, networking, and closing business. What You'll Do Develop and grow a designated territory through daily prospecting, networking, referrals, and face-to-face business development. Identify and engage business owners and decision-makers through consultative sales conversations. Present customized payment processing and POS solutions that address client needs and improve operational efficiencies. Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and CRM management. Establish strategic referral partnerships within the local business community. Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Guide merchants through the application, onboarding, and implementation process. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Serve as a payment technology expert and trusted resource for clients. Mentor and share best practices with newer sales team members. Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3-5 years of recent B2B outside sales experience in merchant services, payments, POS sales, Payroll, or HCM sales. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and performance goals. Strong prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and closing skills. Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Ability to work independently while effectively managing a sales territory. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Merchant services, payment processing, fintech, banking, or financial services experience. Experience developing referral partnerships and strategic business relationships. Previous mentoring, coaching, or sales leadership experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Compensation & Benefits Salary range of $40,000-50,000 with uncapped commission structure for earning potential of $150,000-200,000!
