BCforward is currently seeking an Events Lead, Recruiting Programs Position Title: Events Lead, Recruiting Programs Location: San Francisco, CA- 94105 - Hybrid Schedule – Minimum 3 days onsite per week Start Date: ASAP BCforward will provide official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 4+ Months Potential Extension/Conversion: High potential for extension Job Type: Full time (40 Hours per Week) Pay Range: $55-$58/hr About the Role We are seeking an experienced Events Lead, Recruiting Programs to support the execution of high-volume recruiting events and intern program experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented event professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing logistics, vendors, timelines, and event operations. Key Responsibilities Execute recruiting and intern-focused events from planning through completion Manage event timelines, logistics, and onsite coordination Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation Coordinate with vendors, venues, catering partners, and AV teams Manage event technology platforms, registrations, and attendee tracking Track budgets, reconcile expenses, and support post-event reporting Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution Required Qualifications 3–5 years of event coordination, event operations, or project management experience Strong event planning and logistics management skills Experience managing external vendors and event partners Excellent documentation and SOP creation abilities Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting recruiting events, university recruiting, or internship programs Experience with event management platforms such as Splash or Cvent Budget tracking and post-event analytics experience Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance to support employees' health and well-being.
