Business Development Representative. - SaaS - Payment/Salesforce AI

Job Description
I am recruiting for a Senior Business Development Representative for a SaaS Software company with a unique Infrastructure/ Application Performance Management product for various industries.
\n \nMy client helps redefine how revenue and service teams operate inside Salesforce.
\nThey are embedding AI-driven decisioning and intelligent orchestration directly into Sales and Service workflows — enabling companies to route smarter, prioritize better, and act faster.
\n \nIdeal Locations: Hybrid - Indianapolis.
\n \nRole Overview
\nAs a Business Development Manager, you will own pipeline generation and early-stage deal qualification, leveraging Salesforce as the system of record. You will combine outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and CRM discipline to create high-quality pipeline.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n• Execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls)
\n• Identify ICP accounts using Salesforce insights
\n• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce
\n• Track activities and manage CRM hygiene
\n• Qualify leads using MEDDICC/BANT
\n• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing
\n \nSuccess Metrics
\n• Pipeline generated ($)
\n• Number of sales-qualified opportunities
\n• Conversion rates
\n• CRM activity and data accuracy
\n \nRequirements
\nMust-Have:
\n• 3–6+ years SaaS BD/SDR experience
\n• Strong Salesforce experience (reporting, pipeline tracking)
\n• Experience in working as a BDR for a SaaS company.
