- Average Outpatient: 2-8 patients when doing clinic
Case Mix: Inpatient, Outpatient
Reason for Coverage: Vacancy - Departing Provider
EMR in Use: Epic

License: An active Wisconsin state license is required.
Willing to License: No
Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60-90 days
