Agency:Omnicom MediaJob Function:MediaJob Subfunction: Media OperationsJob Description:The Manager, Resource Operations, will be a key player in enhancing and optimizing the efficiency of the Resource Operations team. This role involves a combination of leadership, strategic oversight, and process improvement to streamline operations, align with organizational goals, and support key talent initiatives.Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Organize and tabulate data, often of a highly confidential nature, and utilize systems to execute and analyze ad-hoc reportingAid in the facilitation of quarterly calibration exercises, utilizing feedback to reward strong talent and identify gapsAct as a liaison between the Resource Operations team and internal stakeholders, including HR, Talent Acquisition, and FinanceProvide guidance and oversight to the Senior AssociateSupport the execution of talent operations projects, from inception through implementationAssist in collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and resource challengesRequirements:3-5 Years in Talent Operations, Resource Management, or similar field with demonstrated experience in process optimization, team leadership, and data analysisStrong verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levelsExceptional attention to detailAbility to prioritize and manage competing demands, while maintaining qualityHigh level of proficiency in managing complex data sets, analyzing trends, and deriving actionable insightsExperience with advanced Excel functions is required, and familiarity with PowerBI, Greenhouse, and Smartsheet is a plusEager to learn and make meaningful contributionsResults-oriented individual who can drive initiatives independently while maintaining a focus on long-term goals New York: $50,000.00-$95,000.00Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
