Our stylists are W2 employees with guaranteed hourly pay and steady tips. Our team members make up to $30-$34 per hour of total income. We also have a 401(k) and 2 different medical insurance plans - benefits that are very rare in this industry. \n\n

\n Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

- Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province) \n
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts \n
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided) \n
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe \n
