Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain financial records, including receipts, payments, settlements, and adjustments.
2. Analyze financial data and create reports for management using data analysis tools.
3. Manage foreign sales activities, including tracking and reporting on international transactions.
4. Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts using Excel and pivot tables.
5. Prepare and process payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Manage the general ledger, including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes.
7. Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary information and answering inquiries.
8. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables and complex formulas.
4. Experience with data analysis tools and financial modeling.
5. Knowledge of payroll processing and foreign sales activities.
6. Familiarity with financial accounting principles and general ledger maintenance.
7. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
