About the Position

Flexible shift start and end times. Candidates should have experience in general outpatient PT orthopedics. Patients will range from teens to older adults, with a mix of non-surgical and post-operative care. The setting is a multidisciplinary medical environment with physician support. The site offers beautiful views. Candidates should possess skills in AROM/AAROM/PROM, assessment, assistive devices, body mechanics, and various orthopedic conditions. Experience with pain assessment, gait training, and patient education is essential. Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare B is beneficial. The position involves a daily census of approximately 11 visits. Candidates must have the ability to create a plan of care and set long-term and short-term goals for patients. Work involves maintaining patient safety and providing injury prevention education. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is required. Candidates should be proficient in charting and documentation.
