Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences and laboratory manufacturing industry , is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Laboratory Operations team supporting manufacturing and production activities in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , excellent teamwork skills , and the ability to follow established procedures which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Lab Technician Location: Glencoe, MD Pay Range: $19.10/hour Shift: Monday - Thursday | 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM Work Type: Onsite | Contract What's the Job? Clean laboratory supplies, glassware, and equipment to support daily operations. Operate laboratory equipment including glass washers, dryers, and autoclaves. Prepare solutions, powders, and liquids according to batch specifications. Create and maintain labels, documentation, and production-related records. Follow GMP, quality, housekeeping, and safety procedures while supporting manufacturing activities. What's Needed? High School Diploma with laboratory-related technical certification and 1+ year of lab experience, Associate Degree in a scientific discipline with 1+ year of experience, or Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline. Previous experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, or GMP-regulated environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work overnight shifts, wear required PPE, and work overtime as needed. What's in it for Me?
