Job Description\n \n \n \n \n $22.25 / Hour\n Full-time or Part-Time Shifts Available\n Free Meal every shift\n 2 weeks PTO (Paid Time Off)\n Immediate Hiring\n Great Advancement Opportunities\n \n \n We are currently hiring for Line Cooks to work at our resturaunts inside the Minneapolis International Airport\n \n Here are a few things you can expect when you join our team as a Line Cook\n Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items\n Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station on a daily basis\n Requisitioning and stocking of all required food, paper products, and condiments\n Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly\n Responsible for set-up, regular maintenance, cleaning, and breakdown of any machinery and equipment\n Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storage of all perishables daily to ensure product quality\n Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required\n Takes responsibility for quality of products served\n Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards\n Other duties as assigned\n \n The ideal candidate for this position has:\n \n At least 18 years old\n One year experience working in food service environment\n High school diploma, preferred\n Verbal and written communication is essential\n Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests and take orders\n Basic mathematical skills\n Brand Certification, as required\n Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long period of time.\n \n SSP America is an equal opportunity employer.
