Intake Specialist

Job Details Location: Los Angeles, CA 90017 Position Type: Full Time Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, DOE Responsibilities Perform case intake, ensuring all facts related to new cases are present. Review notices for accuracy and compliance. Review leases, legal forms, and correspondence for detailed information. Contact clients frequently via phone and email to obtain missing information. Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy. Qualifications Previous administrative experience. Typing speed of 50+ words per minute. Strong attention to detail. Professional communication skills via telephone and email. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Versatile computer skills. Preferred qualifications: Previous data entry experience. ProLaw experience. Schedule Full-time at 40 hours per week. Business hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Friday. The position offers a hybrid in-office/remote work model. New hires will complete onboarding and training in-office before transitioning to a hybrid schedule, subject to supervisor approval.
