• Trauma Radiography experience (Trauma II)
• Experience in Neuro, Ortho trauma, and General surgery
• Proficiency with C-Arms (GE, OEC, Philips, O-Arm)
• Comprehensive diagnostic fluoroscopy

Description:

On-call response time is a maximum of 30 minutes. The unit has a total of 320 beds. There are 5 staff members on day shift and 2 on night shift. The patient ratios are manageable for high volume, high acuity cases. Typical equipment includes GE EMR, Meditech HIS/RIS, McKesson PACS, and AGFA CR. High volume, high acuity comprehensive fixed and portable radiography and fluoroscopy are performed. The unit handles a high surgical volume with inpatient and outpatient populations, ranging from neonates to geriatrics. Staff may be required to work alternate shifts and/or at alternate departments as necessary to maintain services. Holidays within the term of the contract will be required. This unit provides a supportive work environment with new equipment and advanced technology available for use.
