The ideal candidate will have construction industry experience and enjoy building strong relationships with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with product inquiries
• Respond promptly to emails, text messages, and other customer communications
• Help customers find the best solutions for their roofing, siding, and building project needs
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Construction, building materials, roofing, or related industry experience needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
