About the Role
As a Caregiver with My Family Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You will provide high-quality personal care and assistance to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management
- Supporting with mobility and transfers, including walking, standing, and using assistive devices
- Encouraging and promoting client independence, through personalized care and support
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
Responsibilities
As a Caregiver with My Family Home Care, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional care and support to our clients, respecting their individual needs, preferences, and values
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participating in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge
