Director, US Oncology Marketing Portfolio Strategy (Customer Engagement)

Director-level marketing position leading digital customer engagement strategy across Merck's US oncology portfolio. The role involves developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies for healthcare providers and healthcare centers, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing digital assets and field sales resources.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve customer experience and engagement strategy across digital assets and field sales resources
- Lead strategy development and execution for complex oncology portfolio across multiple products and teams
- Monitor digital analytics and support omnichannel customer experience approach across portfolio
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and identify synergies across multi-product portfolio
- Support customer-facing teams in developing strategies and prioritizing initiatives across product lifecycle stages
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 years HCP marketing experience, preferably oncology
- Minimum 8 years pharmaceutical industry experience
- Minimum 3 years developing digital marketing assets including websites and interactive field sales resources
- Strong relationship building, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience leading brand strategy across multiple indications or brands
- Ability to work in matrixed, fast-paced environments
