Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations and Project Management Coordinator focused on driving recruiting initiatives, process improvements, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The person is not expected to be a recruiter filling requisitions full-time, but rather a project manager supporting and optimizing the recruiting function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving recruiting processes, managing projects, working with data, and partnering across HR and business leaders to drive hiring outcomes. It combines PMO, analytics, operations, and talent acquisition strategy in a highly visible cross-functional position.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead recruiting-related projects from planning through execution

Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies

Create executive-level reporting and status updates

Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and metrics

Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, RPO vendors, and external partners

Improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency

Coordinate recruiting campaigns and talent intelligence initiatives

Support escalations related to hiring processes and service delivery

Required Experience:
