Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing care in home health settings preferred. Ability to complete patient documentation in electronic medical records systems preferred.
