Project Manager IV- Water Resources

This position resides in the Division of Water, Director's Office and serves as the senior level project manager and is responsible for managing complex, high-impact initiatives that support the Division's mission to protect and manage Delaware's water resources. Operating with a great deal of independence, this position oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of major Division projects including contract management and procurement processes focused on streamlining and modernizing permitting processes. Additional projects include updates to regulatory application systems, permitting modernization activities, and enhancements to environmental compliance tools. This position requires coordination with various regulatory programs both within and outside of the Division of Water.
