Registered Nurse - Per Diem

Role: Registered Nurse – NICU Per Diem Responsibilities: Provide specialized, family-centered care to high-risk and critically ill newborns in a Level II/III NICU. Assess, monitor, and manage infants requiring respiratory support, IV therapy, and complex treatments. Ensure accurate documentation in the EHR. Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and team members to deliver safe, evidence-based care. Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical skills in neonatal care, excellent communication, and teamwork. Ability to educate and support families, fostering bonding and involvement.
