Who You Are You are an experienced Packaging Designer with a background in apparel, accessories, footwear, socks or consumer products. You understand retail packaging, production artwork, print specifications and packaging development from concept through manufacturing. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseas manufacturing partners. You take pride in creating accurate, production-ready packaging that meets customer expectations while maintaining brand integrity. What You'll Do Design and develop retail packaging across multiple product categories, including boxes, hangtags, labels, inserts, polybags, belly bands, cartons and other packaging components. Create packaging concepts, layouts, mockups and presentation materials for customer and internal reviews. Prepare production-ready artwork, dielines, color callouts and print-ready files. Ensure packaging meets customer requirements, brand standards, retailer specifications and print production requirements. Review artwork proofs, pre-production samples and production samples for accuracy, color consistency, quality and execution. Partner with Design, Product Development, Sales and overseas factories to support packaging projects from concept through production. Communicate with overseas vendors, printers, and suppliers regarding artwork approvals, packaging specifications and production timelines. Coordinate packaging revisions, copy updates and artwork changes throughout the development process. Maintain organized packaging files, artwork libraries, specifications and project documentation. Manage multiple packaging programs simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What You Bring Required Qualifications 4–6 years of packaging design experience within apparel, accessories, footwear, socks or consumer products. Demonstrated experience independently managing packaging projects from concept through production. Strong understanding of retail packaging production, print manufacturing and packaging specifications. Experience creating production artwork, dielines, color callouts and print-ready files. Experience collaborating directly with overseas factories, packaging vendors or production teams. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Strong typography, layout, color and visual design skills. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design or a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing packaging for socks, apparel, accessories or related consumer products. Experience supporting products sold through major retailers. Experience working with private label or licensed brands. Experience collaborating with overseas factories, packaging vendors, printers, and production teams. Why Join Orly Corp. The expected base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
