You will be responsible for keeping boilers, chillers, HVAC, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems running safely and efficiently to meet regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include routine inspections, prompt repairs, preventive maintenance scheduling, and collaboration with others to support facility operations.
