Summary: The Senior Product Manager, Ostomy Acute Care, is a key member of the Marketing team. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and continuously enhancing marketing strategies within the acute care setting to grow targeted product lines, strengthen clinical satisfaction, and positively impact the lives of customers who rely on our products and services. This position is based in Libertyville, IL with an onsite requirement of 4 days in office weekly. Strong consideration will be given to candidates within a 40-mile radius of Libertyville, IL. We cannot accommodate sponsorship requirements for this role at this time.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the product owner for acute activities to drive, measure, monitor, and adjust strategies.
- Align with the field sales team to evaluate competitive activity, identify opportunities and develop Ostomy promotional tactics that drive business until performance
- Partner with local and global marketing teams to align strategies that support the full ostomate journey including creation of promotional assets, such as banner ads, sell sheets, videos, etc.
- Own development and management of key selling tools and assets
- Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders including compliance, market access, finance, and clinical education to ensure effective market planning and implementation
- Monitor competitor activity developing strategies to respond and leap ahead to maintain and grow share
- In conjunction with local Clinical Resource Managers, conduct and facilitate the Clinical Advisory Board (twice per year), deploy clinical education programs and collateral to field sales team, track success of programs
- Provide strategic GPO and IDN support by developing high‑impact presentations and delivering customized customer solutions through cross‑functional collaboration.
- Lead association partnerships and promote clinical education campaigns throughout the year, including tradeshows and events.
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders to develop, execute and train on case studies.
Essential Functions of the Role:
- Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
- Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
- Maintain and analyze data using tools like Excel, SAP, or HRIS systems.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company and legal standards.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead or support special projects aligned with departmental objectives.
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvements or automation opportunities.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to company policies, including those related to ADA, data privacy, and ethics.
- Support audits and regulatory reporting as needed.
- Travel frequently, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 15 pounds may be required.
Education & Work Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of related experience
Education & Work Preferences:
8-12 years overall work experience
At least 5 years of product management, marketing, sales, or other commercially focused experience.
Experience driving product development life cycles for existing and new products.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
