You'll work within a single school building, allowing you to build strong, ongoing relationships with both staff and students.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Tier III license or demonstrated Tier III experience is essential
• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology (or similar field required for licensure)
• Open to new graduates eager to gain hands-on practice in a supportive setting
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of students, including those with autism, learning disabilities, speech and language challenges, and deaf or hard of hearing learners

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing for approximately 50 students and perform up to 10 initial evaluations, ensuring timely and accurate assessments
• Deliver counseling services to around 10 students, drawing on evidence-based approaches for social, emotional, and behavioral support
• Collaborate with educators, intervention teams, and families to design and monitor effective strategies
• Address intervention and counseling needs based on individual student profiles and IEP goals
• Document and report assessment outcomes with clarity and professionalism
