We’re looking for an Associate Electrical Engineer with 3–6 years of T&D experience, a solid electrical engineering foundation, and the drive to excel in a fast paced, highly autonomous environment.If you’re motivated, curious, and ready to take ownership of impactful work, this role is for you.What You’ll Do:Design and analyze transmission and distribution line structuresUse PLS-CADD, SPIDAcalc, PoleForeman, or similar tools to model and evaluate loadingSupport construction documents—plan & profile drawings, loading trees, equipment specs, and reportsPerform calculations, modeling, and field data reviewsCollaborate with engineers across disciplines to ensure accuracy and qualityAssist with site visits, field assessments, and engineering evaluationsParticipate in project meetings and client coordinationDocument work clearly and contribute to project deliverablesQualificationsYou are passionate about:Working collaboratively with others.Having ownership in the work you do.Using your talents to positively affect communities.You bring to the team:Strong communication skills.Ability to contribute and work well with a team.Electrical Engineering degree3–6 years of T&D engineering experienceFE/EI certificationIntermediate to advanced experience with PLS-CADD, SPIDAcalc, PoleForeman, or equivalent tools#LI-DNPAdditional InformationOlsson specializes in engineering and design, client advisory services, planning, field services, and environmental.
