Daily Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist Collaborate with the therapy team to create individualized care plans for each patient Conduct exercises and activities to help patients improve mobility and function Participate in care planning meetings and evaluate patient recovery Required Skills: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, and treatment planning Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and exercise techniques Ability to work with diverse patient populations Nice to Have Skills: Experience in orthopedic, acute care, and pain management settings BLS certification Company Information: APT Healthcare is a provider of outpatient physical therapy services.
