Residential HVAC Installer Location- Georgetown, DESobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to win repeat business by doing quality installations of heating and cooling systems in residential new construction. Which is why we offer unlimited earning potential, exceptional training, and career advancement opportunities.QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION HVAC InstallerLicensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experienceKnowledge of applicable state codesHands-on knowledge of residential HVAC constructionValid driver's licenseAcceptable driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spacesHave own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanicsDo you have good communication skills? Are you self-motivated and career-minded? Do you work well as part of a team? Can you deal courteously and tactfully with customers and fellow workers in the construction trades?
