Warehouse associate

Warehouse Associate We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage our inventory and shipping workflows. You will be responsible for accepting daily production, rotating stock by code date/SKU, picking orders, and loading trucks in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: Load/unload trucks, match packing slips to POs, and log data into the ERP system.
• Inventory & Fulfillment: Rotate stock, assist with cycle counts, and kit/pre-stage raw materials for daily production. Configure orders and packages for daily shipment.
• Quality & Compliance: Take QC samples of incoming materials. Maintain strict GMP levels to ensure constant readiness for FDA and AIB inspections.
• Operations: Operate ASRS equipment according to SOPs and print daily logistics/shortage reports.

Key Requirements

• Environment: Ability to work comfortably in a refrigerated setting (34°F - 38°F).
• Flexibility: Available to work occasional overtime as needed.
• Skills: Experience with ERP systems, ASRS equipment, and strict safety/GMP policies preferred.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision, position is responsible for accepting daily production into inventory. Rotating
stock by code date and SKU#, picking customer orders and load the trucks.

•
Loading and unloading of trucks according to load plans
•
Receive, count, tag and distribute all incoming material to designated area.
•
Match all packing slips and weigh bills to a generated purchase order.
•
Input all data into an ERP system
•
Provide QC samples on all Raw Materials at time of receipt.
•
Kit, pre-stage, and document all Raw Material for daily production use
•
Maintain inventory and assist in inventory cycle counts
•
Review all load plans for accuracy and truck position
•
Keep warehouse at expected GMP levels and ready for FDA and AIB inspections at all times
•
Configure orders for daily shipment as well as preparing small parts packages
•
Operate the ASRS equipment in accordance with the SOP
•
Work under Refrigerated temperature conditions (34 - 38 Degrees Fahrenheit)
•
Required to work some overtime occasionally
•
Adheres to all safety and GMP policies
•
Printing Daily Reports including, but not limited to: Receiving Logs, Shipping Logs, Small
Package Reports, Driver Logs, & Shortage Reports

Other duties or projects as assigned

The essential functions of this role include:
