Pay Range: $15.99hr - $20.99hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• High school diploma.
• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in the use of computer to navigate between different websites.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the frontline link to assist providers in optical offices.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and fax to ensure overall provider satisfaction.
• Enter vision prescription orders into the system.
• Investigate existing vision prescription orders.

• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
