About the Role

Inspire Dental, a privately owned dental practice in Firestone is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who walks through our door.

Dental front office experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate who brings the right attitude and work ethic.

What You'll Do

•       Greet and check-in/check- out patients with warmth and professionalism

•       Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage the daily schedule

•       Verify insurance and assist with basic billing and patient account questions

•       Maintain accurate patient records using Curve Dental

•       Support the clinical team with general office tasks, including sterilization and office cleaning as needed

•       Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and reception area

•       Work collaboratively with the doctor and team to keep the day running smoothly

•       Schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and manage the clinic calendar with precision and attention to detail

•       Maintain accurate medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies

•       Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent patient service and clear communication about procedures or appointment details

•       Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

•       Dental front office experience preferred, but not required — we will train

•       Familiarity with Curve Dental a plus

•       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with strong computer skills for managing electronic health records and administrative tasks

•       Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while adhering to HIPAA guidelines

•       Bilingual (Spanish/English) a nice-to-have, not required

Schedule

•       Patients are seen Monday–Thursday

•       Office hours are Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday (Tuesday–Friday schedule available after training)
