Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, and pastries.

Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace throughout the shift.

Assist in inventory management and food ordering as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Adapt to menu changes and seasonal offerings as required.

Engage with customers and provide exceptional service when necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a breakfast or diner setting.

Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for food presentation.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
