Your Role

We are on the lookout for seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to join us as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This isn't just about a desk jobit's your launchpad. We are constructing a platform to amplify your voice, providing top-notch recruiters with the technology, marketing insights, and operational resources necessary to enhance results and elevate your personal brand.
You'll oversee the entire recruitment process while nurturing robust client partnerships. With some of the highest commission opportunities in the market, you'll be duly rewarded for the value you generate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting: From beginning to end, ensure a seamless process.
- Act as a Client Partner: Grasp their hiring needs, challenges, and workplace culture.
- Source Candidates Strategically: Using our proprietary CRM/ATS and your network along with our bespoke communication platform.
- Utilize Our Platform: Organize candidate tracking, streamline outreach, and automate follow-ups with ease.
- Focus on Permanent Placements: Generate lasting client value and significant commissions for yourself.
- Engage in Thought Leadership: Collaborate in elevating both our brand and yours.

Your Ideal Profile
- 2 to 3+ years experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales

- Proficient in navigating ATS/CRM systems (we'll provide training on ours)
- An entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations to create something meaningful long-term
