Part-Time Dental Hygienist Bonney Lake Family Dental Care | Bonney Lake, WA Pay: $68–$70 per hour Schedule: Every other Friday & Saturday Bonney Lake Family Dental Care is looking for a compassionate and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients while providing high-quality preventive and periodontal care in a collaborative, supportive practice. Our hygienists are given the time they need to provide exceptional care, with 1-hour routine hygiene appointments and 90-minute new patient appointments . What You'll Do Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal charting. Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and personalized home care recommendations. Review treatment plans and collaborate with doctors to support comprehensive patient care. Utilize adjunctive therapies, including Perio DT, Arestin, and Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) , as appropriate. Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, individualized care. Maintain compliance with infection control and OSHA standards. Qualifications Active Washington Dental Hygienist license in good standing. Local Anesthetic Certification required. Strong communication and patient education skills. Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Schedule Part-time, permanent position (less than 30 hours per week) Every other Friday and Saturday Compensation & Benefits $68–$70 per hour , based on experience.
