Energy & Infrastructure Construction Associate (2-7+ Years)

Our client, a leading global energy and infrastructure practice, is seeking an associate with 2–7+ years of experience in energy and construction transactions to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects, advising developers, sponsors, utilities, and other industry participants across a broad range of project development and construction matters. Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) agreements Advise on O&M (Operations & Maintenance), procurement, supply, and other construction-related contracts Support large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, including renewable energy, conventional power, oil & gas, and other project development initiatives Work closely with a highly regarded team on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions Qualifications 2–7+ years of construction and infrastructure transactional experience Experience with energy projects, including renewable energy, conventional power, oil & gas, or related infrastructure sectors Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills Excellent academic credentials and communication abilities Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction Why Consider This Opportunity?
