This role requires advanced expertise in networking technologies and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff. Network Design & Implementation Design and architect enterprise-level network solutions, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and data center networks. Implement and configure advanced routing and switching protocols, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS. Deploy and manage network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems. Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime. Operations & Maintenance Monitor network performance and optimize for reliability, speed, and security. Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis. Maintain network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with service providers. Security & Compliance Implement network security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct network security assessments and vulnerability testing. Respond to security incidents and implement remediation measures. Stay current with emerging security threats and mitigation strategies. Leadership & Collaboration Lead network infrastructure projects from conception to completion. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior network engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems, security, and application teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
