Job Description
Title: Physical Therapist

Schedule: Days, 8 hours

Requirements:
- 1 year of Physical Therapy experience (required)
- New Graduates acceptable with Level II experience
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience (required)
- Massachusetts State License (required)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate plans of care.
- Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
- Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and wound care.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatments based on evaluations and outcomes.
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients and families regarding physical disorders.
- Document all necessary information in the electronic system and maintain patient records according to policy.
- Supervise and support physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides.
