Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations and screenings for residents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders
- Provide direct therapy services (individual and/or group) within the assigned shift
- Document patient progress and update care plans in the facility’s medical records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (nursing, rehab, physicians) to adjust care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and maintain patient safety and privacy in all interventions

Requirements
- Active state licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the United States or eligibility per state requirements
- Ability to work in a day shift within a long-term care setting
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment in Sheridan, WY
- Strong communication and teamwork skills suitable for a multidisciplinary environment
- Proficiency in documenting and maintaining patient records per facility policies
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting
