Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) for a travel assignment in Wichita, KS. This role involves working in a dynamic ICU/Surgical ICU environment, providing critical care to diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - SICU

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients
• Manage complex equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia, and ECMO
• Assess and monitor patients' conditions by recording observations, documenting care, and evaluating treatments
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members
• Implement and evaluate care plans for patients post-surgery, including trauma, post-CABG, and post-TAVR patients

Requirements of the RN - SICU

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experience
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
• TNCC preferred
• Experience in large trauma facilities favorable
