Packaging Document Control Clerk I

Incumbents will follow any other instructions, and perform any other duties, as assigned by their supervisor. Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Must be able to perform all the duties of a Packaging Technicians and have a working knowledge of all the operations in each area of the department.

· Supporting the Department Lead/Supervisor to ensure daily packaging objectives are achieved, and products are packaged according to the packaging schedule.

· Maintain confidentiality of personnel data/issues and report employee’s concerns to supervisor.

· Covering the duties of the Department Lead when necessary.

- Support the Packaging Supervisor with updating the packaging schedule.

- Coordinate the request of packaging batch records according to the daily schedule.

- Monitoring and updating packaging record changes to minimize efficiency disruptions.

- Ensuring all packaging records are reviewed, reconciled, and turned into Quality Assurance in a timely matter.

- Ensuring the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is kept current and accurate.

· Assist the department with resolving manufacturing issues.

· Support private label operations as necessary.

- Effectively working, interacting and communicating with co-workers and lead/supervisor.

- Demonstrating professional behavior while working in a team approach when managing challenging situations

- Assisting in providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment for all staff

- Performs other duties as assigned
