Speech Language Pathologist

Ideal candidates will have their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and a passion for helping children reach their full communication potential. Qualifications & Experience: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders Current and active SLP-CCC certification State licensure as required for SLP practice Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to build positive rapport with students, staff, and families Comfortable providing services for diverse caseloads in both group and individual settings Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students Provide direct speech and language therapy services Integrate therapeutic goals with classroom objectives and collaborate with teachers Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentationCommunicate progress with families and multidisciplinary teams Adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of each student, supporting them both in and out of the classroom This contract-to-hire position offers the unique chance to grow into a permanent role, allowing you to make a lasting impact in a vibrant learning community.
